POLICIES AND CERTIFICATIONS
In the 2022 financial year, the external follow-up audit was carried out with the Bureau Veritas entity for the certification of the standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
- ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management.
- ISO 45001:2018 on occupational health and safety (occupational risk prevention).
- UNE-CEN/TS 16880:2015 for service excellence.
TRANSPARENCY AND GOOD GOVERNANCE
Mutua Universal’s commitment to the ethical management of the entity leads to the development of internal control and risk management functions, procedures and tools that far exceed the level of requirements stipulated by law.
STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS
Mutua Universal, due to its nature, is affected by a large amount of legal regulations. That is why it has defined a Compliance Policy that includes the commitment to provide the necessary resources to comply with legal obligations and those voluntarily acquired by the entity.
Mutua Universal has an Internal Compliance Management System, a Criminal Risk Prevention Manual that applies to all workers, as well as the control systems implemented to prevent the commission of crimes classified in the aforementioned code.
COMMITMENT TO ETHICS, RESPONSIBILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY
The Mutua Universal Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Protocol includes the values and ethical principles, establishing the behaviour guidelines of the people who make up the entity in the exercise of their functions.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to preserve the confidentiality of the information and guarantee its availability and integrity, Mutua Universal has adapted to the regulations on the protection of personal data.
